Ocado Logistics in Marlborough, Wiltshire seeks a Delivery Driver. You'll be on the road in all weather, delivering quality groceries on time and engaging with customers to brighten their day.

We pre-plan routes with automated tech, offer evenings and weekend shifts, paid breaks, and premiums that boost hourly earnings to £13.86. Overtime can increase earnings further, with opportunities for progression across salaried roles.

In return, we use our automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van! Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays - so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.86 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions! All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. That's a great deal!

Requirements

You don't need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest! But you will need the following:

• Driving Licence Requirements:
• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
• As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Details

• Type: Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
• Contracted days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 working 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.
• Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying.
• Pay Structure: This position is lunar paid. You will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Pay Rates

• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.28
• Evening Premium (from 6pm): £14.40
• Sunday Day Premium: £14.61
• Sunday Evening Premium: £15.84
• Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £16.60
• Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £17.72
