Superior Wellness Ltd. is seeking delivery driver/installers to join the Operations team. You will deliver and install hot tubs and spas at customer premises, working to a daily delivery schedule and engaging with transport, warehouse and customer service teams.

The role is hands-on, physically demanding, with full training provided on installation, handover and chemical advice. We value reliability, ownership and a proactive approach to growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ delivery driving experience.
• Physically fit with ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Full UK driving licence with ability to drive vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
• Class 2 licence.
• Willing to work overtime, early starts, and Saturdays on a rota.
• Excellent customer-facing communication.

Responsabilidades

• Complete pre-vehicle checks and required documentation at the start of each shift.
• Load, secure and strap hot tubs safely, including manual handling of units up to 400kg.
• Deliver and install spas at customer premises to the required standard.
• Provide basic instructions on how to use the spa (training provided).
• Provide chemical and water care advice to customers (training provided).
• Work safely at all times, following manual handling and site safety procedures.
• Represent Superior Wellness professionally on every delivery and resolve issues on site where possible.
