Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking a Delivery Driver (Part Time 24 hours) based at Luton. You will be responsible for delivering orders with a focus on timeliness and customer satisfaction, out on the road in various daily routes across the North London area.

The role offers 3 x 8-hour shifts each week, with AM and PM options, paid breaks, and a benefits package including a pension match, health services, and shopping discounts.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence (required).
• Minimum 12 months driving experience (required).
• Maximum 6 penalty points (required).
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

What We Need From You

No previous experience is required—just bring your positive attitude! Our amazing training team will guide you every step of the way. However, you will need:

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• A minimum of 12 months driving experience
• A maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Must be over 18 for handling alcohol products
• Good communication skills, as this is a customer-facing role

Contract Details

• Type: Permanent, Part-Time
• Hours: 24 hours per week (including paid breaks)
• Days: Work ANY 3 days out of 7, doing 8-hour shifts
• Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing as late as 12:00 (midnight)
• Pay Structure: Lunar paid every 4 weeks
