Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring part-time Customer Service Team Members to deliver quality goods on time and bring smiles to customers. You’ll work 3 x 8-hour shifts weekly at the Luton site, with shifts AM and PM and a monthly rota up to 13 weeks in advance, supported by our route-planning tech and pre-loaded vans. You’ll earn premiums that raise average hourly pay to £13.53.

All breaks are paid. No experience required, just a valid UK/EU driving licence, 12 months driving experience, max 6 penalty

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products; you must be over 18 to apply.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality goods on time and in a friendly manner.
• Work 3 x 8-hour shifts per week (AM & PM) with a rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Pre-plan routes using our automated technology and pre-load your van.
• All breaks are paid, earning you pay for every minute at work.
• Understand and navigate driving conditions across North London from the Luton site.

Important Information About Driving at Luton

Our Luton site provides deliveries across North London, where traffic conditions can often be busy and complex.

Driving Licence Requirements

Contract Information

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Contract Hours: 24 hours per week (including paid breaks)

Contracted days: You will be required to work ANY 3 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shift s , and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
