Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring for a part-time Customer Service Team Member driving deliveries from our Luton site. You’ll work 3 x 8-hour shifts each week, with shifts on different days. Paid breaks; average hourly earnings include premiums, totaling around £13.53 per hour.

Full UK/EU licence required, 12+ months driving experience, max 6 penalty points, 18+ for alcohol deliveries, and strong communication for customer-facing roles. Shifts typically begin around 05:30 and may finish near midnight.

Our Luton site provides deliveries across North London, where traffic conditions can often be busy and complex.

Contract Information

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Contract Hours: 24 hours per week (including paid breaks)

Contracted days: You will be required to work ANY 3 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shift s , and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
