Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking a part-time Customer Service Team Member to deliver quality goods with a smile. You will work 3 x 8-hour shifts weekly, across 24 hours, with paid breaks and a predictable rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

The role requires a valid UK/EU licence, 12+ months driving experience, and up to 6 penalty points. You’ll earn hourly rates with premiums, including evenings and Sundays, and enjoy extensive employee benefits.

You will work 3 x 8-hour shifts each week with shifts scheduled on different days each week. On top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £14.42 per hour. All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. • Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
• As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Type:

Permanent, Part-Time

Contract Hours:

24 hours per week (including paid breaks)

Contracted days:

You will be required to work any 3 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

Shifts:

AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure:

The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
