Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking Customer Service Team Members to join our delivery operation, delivering groceries on time and creating a positive experience for customers every week. You will work 40 hours across AM and PM shifts, with paid breaks and a rota of 5 days out of 7.

The pay structure includes a base rate of £13.55 per hour, plus Evening Premium £1.12, Sunday Premium £1.36, and Sunday Evening £2.59, with overtime rates above standard hours.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18 to apply.
• Good communication skills are essential.

You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions!

So what do we need from you?

You don’t need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest!

But you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)

Contracted days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 working 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: This position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
