Iceland Foods is seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join our team in the United Kingdom. You’ll deliver groceries, engaging directly with customers, and represent Iceland on the doorstep.

Expect to manage van loading safely and efficiently, follow traffic rules, and provide exceptional service while keeping customers satisfied. The role offers a supportive environment with holiday entitlement and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Have a full driving licence held for at least 3 years.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed.
• Adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks.
• Ensure food arrives to the customer in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, the patterns can vary between 6am and 11pm.
