Job summary

Iceland Foods in the United Kingdom is hiring a Home Delivery Driver to bring groceries to customers' doors. You will be the face of Iceland, delivering shopping with care and maintaining high service standards.

In this role you will load the van following safety procedures, perform van checks, and manage time effectively while staying flexible to shifts from early morning to late evening.

A full driving license and customer-focused attitude are essential; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Have a full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate a strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Always adhere to safe driving practises.
• Complete van checks.
• Ensure food arrives to the customer in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently & manage your time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, the patterns can vary between 6am & 11pm.
