Job summary

Iceland Foods in the United Kingdom is seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join our responsive delivery team. You’ll be on the road delivering groceries directly to customers and representing Iceland as the face of our service.

This role offers an hourly rate of £13.71 with benefits including a 15% discount card, health care option, Christmas vouchers and a generous holiday allowance. You must have a full driving license and be able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Adhere to safe driving practises.
• Complete van checks.
• Ensure food arrives to the customer in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently & manage your time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, the patterns can vary between 6am & 11pm.
