Job summary

Iceland Foods is hiring a Home Delivery Driver to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will be the face of Iceland, delivering shopping to customers, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring orders reach customers on time.

The role offers an hourly rate of £13.71 and a benefits package including a 15% discount, optional health care plan, Grocery Aid, Christmas vouchers, and a minimum 28 days holiday. Previous delivery or driving experience is useful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering good customer experiences.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (heavy lifting and manual handling).
• Adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks.
• Ensure groceries arrive in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 6am and 11pm.
