Job summary

Iceland Foods in the United Kingdom is seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join our team. You will be the face of Iceland, delivering shopping to customers and providing friendly service on the road.

The role offers an hourly rate of £13.71, shifts from early morning to evening, independence on the road, and benefits including a 15% employee discount, 28 days holiday, Christmas vouchers and access to the health care plan.

Qualifications

• Full driving license held for at least 3 years and no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (heavy lifting and manual handling).
• Always adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks.
• Deliver shopping and connect directly with customers as the face of Iceland.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, typically between 6am and 11pm.
