Job summary

Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is recruiting a Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t for South Shields. 20 hours per week (4 hours/day), mornings. You will deliver plumbing and heating supplies, build relationships with customers and perform daily vehicle checks.

Full clean UK driving licence required; multidrop experience ideal but not essential. You’ll help with warehouse duties when back from deliveries, with benefits such as annual leave, a pension, bonuses, discounts, wellbeing support

Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t - South Shields - Plumb Centre - 20 hours Our branches are open Monday to Saturday (Sat. mornings only) This vacancy is for 20 hours (4 hrs/day), Mornings. Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage. We are Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group - a leading specialist trade merchant across the UK and Ireland that puts customers at the heart of everything we do. As a Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t joining our team in South Sheilds you will:

• Deliver plumbing and heating supplies within the local area
• Build strong relationships with our customers
• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure everything is safe and ready to go
• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling
• Support with warehouse duties when you're back from deliveries, including unloading stock, picking & packing orders and carrying out stock checks
  A full clean UK Driving Licence
• Previous multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential
• A genuine desire to be a team player, willing to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
