Job summary

Bidfresh is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team and take responsibility for multi-drop deliveries across a defined route. You will deliver fresh ingredients to restaurants, pubs, hotels and catering customers, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.

You will be the face of Bidfresh, meeting customers daily, building relationships and maintaining high service standards. The role starts early with a 03:30 time, 40-hour weeks, and full training.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence for up to 3.5 tonnes is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Good literacy and numeracy and basic IT skills are expected.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual handling.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across your route.
• Delivering fresh and multi-temperature food products safely and on time.
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Building strong relationships with customers and representing the Bidfresh brand professionally.
• Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Following delivery schedules with high accuracy and food safety standards.

Join Bidfresh as a Delivery Driver and play a key role in getting fresh ingredients to restaurants, pubs, hotels and catering customers across your route. You'll complete multi-drop deliveries, provide great service at each stop and help make sure our customers receive their orders safely, accurately and on time.

This is more than a driving role. You'll be the face of Bidfresh, meeting customers every day, building strong relationships and making sure every delivery is handled with care. What we're looking for

• Full UK Driving Licence (up to 3.5 tonnes)
• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver or similar role is beneficial
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
