Job description

As one of our Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers, you'll enjoy freedom, flexibility, and better financial rewards, plus all the support and benefits of being part of our wider Yodel team. No experience is necessary, and the more you deliver, the more you earn.

Compensation and Payment Options

1. Competitive rates for each parcel you deliver or collect: Typically, our Delivery Drivers can earn between £18 - £20 per hour (paid per parcel). All rates are competitively enhanced considering business mileage and operational costs.
2. Daily & Weekly Payment Options: Flexible payment options include access to earnings from the next day via an app provided by our partner, Onsi, or joining a weekly payment cycle after 4 weeks of service. Both options offer more regular payments for your services.

Delivery Opportunities

• Plenty of parcels to deliver, with weights up to 15kg, varying in size.
• Potential to deliver and collect between 16-25 parcels per hour, depending on area and experience, over 6 days a week.
• The more parcels you deliver, the higher your earnings, with opportunities to take on more parcels and boost revenue.

Flexibility and Support

• Plan your own route or use our app with instructions and route optimisation features.
• Regular work in the same area, 6 days a week, for major retailers.
• Support from our team and access to a Yodel representative for questions and assistance.

Each day is flexible. Use your mobile to scan parcels and confirm receipt, with options for parcel collection and delivery times arranged for you. Our system is simple and user-friendly.

• Access to an insured car or van (up to 3.5 tonnes).
• Full UK or EC/EEA Driving Licence.
