About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers offer valuable customer feedback and help us stay committed to timely deliveries.

As a Delivery Driver, you will contribute to the success of a high-performing organisation and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties Include:

1. Deliver products to customer premises within a 40-mile radius.
2. Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
3. Provide feedback on customer and competitor activity to the branch.
4. Load your vehicle following procedures.
5. Collect customer returns as required.
6. Perform vehicle maintenance and daily checks.
7. Assist in the warehouse as needed.
8. Support inter-branch transfer deliveries when required.

Working Hours: 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Good knowledge of the 40-mile radius around the branch.
• Previous delivery driver experience.
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills.
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile.
