We have an excellent opportunity for Delivery Drivers with their own van, to join this renowned Christmas tree specialists busy London Team. With Christmas fast approaching, our client has several two month contract roles across London for Christmas tree Delivery Drivers. If you have an extra long wheel base van, you could earn up to £400 per day.

About the company

Our client is a British brand with Scottish Heritage who have been trading for over 25 years and they are renowned for their quality service as the Premier Christmas Tree Growers and Retailers in London and the South of England.

About the role

As a Delivery Driver you will be invited to attend a full interactive training session on setting the tree up in the stand, as well as lighting and decorating it and no experience is required.

• You will work as a team with a helper and the Christmas tree delivery services range from simple drop off only, to installing trees in a stand and decorating them with lights as needed.
• There may be work in January to collect trees back from customers and the majority of jobs allocated will be drop off or simple installations.

About you

To be successful in the role of Delivery Driver, you must own a XLWB van and have your own COVID-19 PPE.

Having the van and the enthusiasm is all that matters as you’ll receive full training which will take place mid-November and you must be / have:

• Your own van
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to carry out manual handling such as carrying Christmas trees
• Great organisation and motivation skills
• Consistent diligence and a 'can do' attitude
• Positive and proactive attitude

About the salary and rewards

The role of Delivery Driver is a 2-month contract working 10 or 12 hour shifts with weekend shifts available and you will receive an excellent salary of up to £220 to £400 per day (circa £40k to £100K per annum, pro rata) depending on experience plus tips.
