Compensation

Additional Information

We do not pay an hourly rate but a fixed fee per day's route for a two-man crew. Our data shows that these fixed fees equate to a maximum effective rate of £11.50 per hour per person, with an average of £11.50 per hour. Additional payments for 5-star service are only payable to drivers contracted with us for at least 4 months.
