We have partnered with a leading Legal 500 firm with offices across the Midlands to find new talent for their outstanding National Conveyancing Department.

Our client is seeking legal professionals eager to develop their careers within the department. The role is open to qualified solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers, or individuals with at least 3 years of conveyancing experience if unqualified.

The responsibilities include:

• Managing cases from instruction to post-completion independently
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Handling a caseload of up to 100 residential conveyancing transactions
• Responding to legal inquiries from clients and third parties
• Providing excellent service and proactive communication to all parties
• Contributing to department development, including training and supervising junior staff
