Job summary

Camfil UK is seeking a dedicated 3.5-ton tail lift Driver based at Haslingden to deliver orders and manage loading, unloading, and on-site vehicle checks. You will operate on a Monday to Friday schedule, with a 44-hour work week, using a digital tablet for documentation and delivery tracking.

The role requires a full clean driving licence, multi-drop experience, and good knowledge of the UK road network. You will work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders on time and in full using the digital tablet and delivery documentation.
• Unload customer orders from vehicles on pre-defined routes and inform dispatch of any issues.
• Complete and return all required documentation to the dispatch office.
• Carry out pre-operation vehicle and equipment checks and report any defects via the tablet.
• Regularly check and maintain the vehicle.
• Load/unload company vehicles and assist warehouse staff as needed.

We have a requirement for a:

3.5-ton tail lift Driver

Monday to Friday - 44 hours per week - Variable daily start time from 6am
Based from our site in Haslingden

This role will involve:

• Delivering customer orders on time and in full using our big change system via a digital tablet and delivery documentation.
• Unloading customer orders from a vehicle in pre-defined routes - informing the dispatch office of any issues at the time if any arise. The role will include manual handling.
• Ensuring that all documentation is completed, signed as required and returned to the dispatch office via a driver's pack.
• Carrying out vehicle and auxiliary equipment checks prior to operation of any vehicle and report any defects immediately via a digital tablet.
• Checking and maintaining the vehicle on a regular basis.
• Loading and unloading of company vehicles.
• Assisting warehouse staff as and when required

The candidate must have:

• Full clean driving licence
• Multi drop experience
• Good knowledge of UK road network
