Self-employed Core Delivery Driver

As one of our Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers, you'll enjoy freedom, flexibility, and better financial rewards, plus all the support and benefits of being part of our wider Yodel team. No experience is necessary, and the more you deliver, the more you earn.

• Competitive rates for each parcel you deliver or collect: Typically, our Delivery Drivers can earn between GBP18 - GBP20 per hour (paid per parcel). We aim to deliver promises as well as parcels, continually raising our standards. Our rates are competitively enhanced, considering business mileage and operational costs.
• Daily & Weekly Payment Options: We offer flexible payment options, allowing you to access earnings from the next day via an app provided by our early access partner, Onsi, or join our weekly payment cycle after four weeks of service. Both options provide more regular payments for your delivery services.
• Plenty of parcels to deliver: There are ample parcels to deliver, with weights up to 15kg and varying sizes. You can realistically deliver and collect 16-25 parcels an hour, depending on your experience and area, six days a week. The more parcels you deliver, the higher your earnings.
• Freedom and flexibility: You can plan your own route or use our award-winning app with simple instructions and route optimization features. This helps you prepare and plan your routes efficiently and communicate directly with customers.
• Regular work in the same area: We deliver for major retailers, ensuring a steady flow of parcels. This allows you to stay local and familiarize yourself with the roads and customers.
• Support and development: While enjoying the independence of being self-employed, you'll have access to our expert team and a Yodel representative to answer your questions.

Each day is what you make it. You can plan your route to keep things engaging. Use your mobile to scan parcels and confirm receipt, with no complex technology involved. We will arrange daily parcel collections or deliveries in rural areas. It's simple!
