Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd accepts self-employed delivery drivers to launch a Cardiff-based operation. You’ll receive a brand-new van, full insurance, and pre-planned routes to deliver packages efficiently.

The role offers training, uniform, and performance-based bonus opportunities as the business expands. You’ll operate independently, manage your own schedule, and travel to the Cardiff depot as required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' delivery driving experience.
• Full UK manual driving licence (or eligible European) for at least 1 year.
• Max 6 penalty points.
• No serious driving offences.
• Able to travel to Cardiff depot reliably.

Responsibilities

• Collect van, plan route, and deliver packages.

Our client is a new and ambitious delivery business launching in Cardiff, and they are looking for reliable, motivated self-employed Delivery Drivers to join them from the start.

They are building the business for the long term, with more vans, more routes and more opportunities planned as they grow.

If you're already an experienced Delivery Driver and want to work with a company that values its Drivers and is serious about doing things properly, they would like to hear from you.

Earnings £774 per week, plus opportunities to earn additional performance-related bonuses.

Who They're Looking For They are looking for self-employed delivery partners who are:

Experienced Van Drivers with at least 6 months' delivery driving experience.

Experienced with companies such as Amazon, DPD, Evri, Royal Mail or similar.

Hold a full UK or eligible European manual driving licence for at least 1 year.

Have a maximum of 6 penalty points.

Have no serious driving offences.

Able to successfully complete the required background and compliance checks.

Able to reliably travel to their Cardiff depot.

Reliable, professional and customer focused.

Comfortable working independently and managing your own day.

You will operate as a self-employed Delivery Driver and are responsible for managing your own tax and National Insurance obligations.

You will not be an employee.

Our client provides the van, insurance, fuel and delivery routes under the agreed self-employed Driver arrangement.
