About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer customer feedback insights and help us stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.

As a Delivery Driver, you will contribute to the success of a high-performing organisation and promote the Company brand through positive interactions with customers.

Main Duties Include

• Delivering products to customer premises within a 40-mile radius
• Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity to the branch
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as required
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintenance
• Assisting in the warehouse when needed
• Supporting Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as required

Working Hours

Average of 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• A full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• At least 3 years of driving experience
• Good knowledge of the 40-mile radius around the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
