The opportunity

We’re in search of a Delivery Director to build and lead our Professional Services teams. This role is about making things happen, fast and effectively, to create the most value for our clients and their customers.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of all of our projects, making sure we create significant customer value to a level of quality that we can be proud of.

You’ll cut through complexity, working with individuals and teams across different disciplines and keeping everyone as passionate as you are about making a difference.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be a doer and comfortable getting into the details of delivery, whilst also setting the strategic direction.

• Get stuck in with customer projects to understand how and where we do our best work
• Build long term, trusting relationships with clients
• Hire and motivate an exceptional team with a relentless focus on innovation and creativity
• Build a slick operational model, to create the most value for our clients with maximum efficiency and quality
• Never settle for good enough, working closely with clients and internal teams to find, design and build future opportunities where our services can benefit their business and customers
• Report on the value created for clients with clear quantifiable results and bring them to life with inspiring, factual and direct communication
• Keep up with and understand the marketplace, participating in activities where we can share how we do things to attract new clients and continue to disrupt
