Regional Delivery Director – EMEA & Brazil
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Delivery Lead to oversee delivery operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Brazil. In this high-impact role, you’ll be part of the broader platform team, supporting Presales Consultants, Implementation Managers, and Solution Engineers to deliver seamless and scalable payment experiences for partners and their customers throughout the region.
As Director of Delivery for EMEA, you'll play a key role in expanding regional operations. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, drive execution of ambitious growth plans, and set the standard for operational excellence in delivering cross-border payment solutions.
- Develop and lead the regional delivery strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader business objectives and adapts to support growth across EMEA and Brazil.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. Track and optimize delivery metrics in collaboration with global counterparts.
- Support delivery teams in managing implementation pipelines, accelerating go-lives, and ensuring high-quality, scalable partner solutions.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, overseeing escalations and ensuring a smooth and exceptional delivery experience.
- Drive collaboration across key regional teams (including commercial, compliance, product, engineering, and operations) to manage risks and align delivery priorities.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks—across project, financial, compliance, and reputational domains—through structured governance and proactive risk management.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in delivery, implementation, or operations roles—preferably in the financial services, fintech, or payments sectors.
- Strategic and operational mindset—ability to set direction, build consensus, and drive results in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of the cross-border payments ecosystem—familiarity with REST APIs, SWIFT, and local payment networks is highly beneficial.
- Creative problem-solver—comfortable challenging the status quo, generating innovative ideas, and executing them effectively.
- Excellent communicator and influencer—capable of tailoring communication to various audiences, driving alignment, and leading through influence.
