This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced delivery consultant, with a minimum of 18 months experience delivering into technical roles, to join this close-knit, high-performing team in London where you will have multiple high commitment, high-value roles to work on across their established accounts from Day 1.

About the business

This business has been a strong presence on the tech recruitment scene for 12 years. Unlike many businesses focusing on rapid headcount growth, often at the expense of staff and quality, my client is strategically small, ensuring everyone is seen, rewarded, and given opportunities for earning potential and career growth.

There is currently a team of 6 with numerous roles across long-standing accounts, with more roles being won weekly. This role does not require business development; it focuses purely on high-quality delivery of tech roles including DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud, and more.

The role

Working alongside another Delivery consultant, you will have an abundance of work from Day 1, with close mentorship from senior team members to support your performance.

Your tasks will include:

Sourcing

• Understanding role briefs and collaborating on filling strategies
• Writing and posting engaging job adverts on platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and the company site
• Searching for candidates via databases, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
• Screening CVs and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Headhunting and networking to find passive candidates
• Building talent pools for future roles
• Engaging candidates through calls, messages, and emails

Candidate Management

• Conducting initial phone/video screenings to assess skills and motivations
• Scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
• Preparing candidates for interviews with tips and insights
• Gathering and delivering interview feedback
• Managing the candidate journey for a smooth process
• Negotiating offers and counteroffers
• Liaising with internal teams to understand client needs
• Supporting the team with market intelligence and feedback
• Participating in team meetings and strategy sessions
• Collaborating on marketing campaigns to attract candidates

The ideal candidate

At least 1.5 years in a Delivery Consultant or Resourcer role, with proven success in technical recruitment, including:

• Understanding and managing role briefs quickly
• Effective sourcing and longlisting
• Deep candidate qualification skills
• Running efficient processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Outgoing personality, eager to engage with a vibrant team
