Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Experience in GTM, placing candidates from Associate Consultant to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups like SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification and process management skills.

Seeking a Delivery Consultant for a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally.

The firm supports early-stage startups, guiding them to IPO or acquisition by building GTM and technical functions.

They are the preferred GTM team builders for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive delivery experience in the start-up GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally.

You should be well-educated, literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
