Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

• Experience in GTM recruitment, placing candidates from Associate to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups such as Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused approach with strong qualification skills and process management.

The firm specializes in supporting early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition, building world-class GTM and technical teams. They are recognized as leading GTM team builders for top Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally. You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most placements are retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
