Job Description:

Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based within commuting distance to London.

Basic salary - £45,000.

Position is 100% remote.

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

• Experience in GTM recruitment – placing candidates from Associate Consultants to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and the US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs/PEs that invest in startups including Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused approach with strong qualification skills and process management.

This role is for a Delivery Consultant supporting a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally.

The company works with early-stage startups, helping them reach IPO or acquisition by building GTM and technical teams.

They are the preferred GTM team builders for several Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most placements are retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
