Job Description:

• Role: Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid - must be based within commuting distance to London; 100% remote
• Salary: £45,000 basic
• Experience Required: Must have GTM recruitment experience
• Responsibilities:
  • Placing ACs through to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US
  • Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects
  • Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups like SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia
  • Candidate-focused with strong qualification and process management skills

The firm specializes in supporting early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition by building world-class GTM and technical teams. They are the preferred GTM team builders for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements in the global GTM market. You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most placements are retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5 million.
