Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

• Experience in GTM recruitment, placing candidates from Associate Consultant to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and the US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on projects supporting Delivery.
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

The firm partners with early-stage startups, supporting them from GTM and technical build-up to IPO or acquisition.

They are recognized as leading GTM team builders for top Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
