Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Experience in GTM, placing AC’s through to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Working directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Engagement with VCs/PEs investing in startups like SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

The firm is a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally, working with early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition, building GTM and technical functions. They are recognized as top GTM team builders for Silicon Valley's major funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive delivery experience within the startup GTM space, with a proven record of high-value placements in the global GTM market. You should be well-educated, literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
