Job summary

Randstad Belfast is recruiting for a Delivery Consultant. You will source candidates matching client specifications, tailor advertisements and perform targeted searches across our database, job boards and applications.

• Shortlist and Interview new prospective Talent and prepare for client engagement
• Build your own network of talented candidates to present to market whilst maximising existing client relationships
• Balancing these two fundamental areas of recruitment are key to you being the bridge between the best clients and their next best hires

To be successful in this position you will:

• Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
• Have an appetite for success with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Possess excellent communication and rapport building skills to engage and excite new Talent
• Previous experience within recruitment sector is preferred although not essential
