Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Delivery Co-ordinator to support the Delivery Lead and Delivery Manager in staffing operations for the Global Studio team. You will assist in orchestrating high-quality, on-time project delivery, processing resourcing requests, and maintaining accurate operational data. Hybrid work available in London or Manchester.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity across platforms, and contribute to process optimization initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in executing day-to-day staffing operations and resource coordination.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills to maintain accurate records and generate actionable reports.
  • Proven ability to govern operational processes with Jira and Airtable familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Execute staffing operations & allocation by monitoring and processing staffing requests accurately and effectively.
  • Monitor and process staffing requests in line with Delivery Leadership priorities.
  • Support account transitions and staff moves ensuring clarity for stakeholders.
  • Process initial staffing requests for new business and assist intercompany resource sharing.
  • Collect and maintain accurate staffing data for capacity tracking.
  • Maintain Jira ticketing workflow accuracy and data integrity.
  • Support review and approval processes for FTC and permanent staff.
  • Assist in continuous improvements of processes and workflows.
  • Provide accurate staffing data reporting to the wider delivery team.

This role is a 12m FTC with the view to extend.

Job Purpose

The Delivery Coordinator supports the Delivery Lead and Delivery Manager in driving day-to-day staffing operations and cross-functional team coordination for the Global Studio team. In this role, you will assist in orchestrating high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery by processing resourcing / staffing requests, maintaining accurate operational data, and supporting process optimization initiatives. You play a key role in executing smooth staffing transitions, maintaining data integrity across platforms, and ensuring seamless operational support across multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute staffing operations & allocation by monitoring and processing staffing requests accurately and effectively ensuring clear communication and solutions-oriented support.
  • Monitor and process staffing requests working in accordance to Delivery Leadership priorities.
  • Support the execution of account transitions and staff moves, ensuring all operational actions are completed and stakeholders have absolute clarity.
  • Process initial staffing requests for new business and assist in intercompany resource share processing.
  • Collect and maintain accurate staffing data for capacity tracking.
  • Maintain accuracy in our Jira ticketing workflow by ensuring tickets / requests are accurate.
  • Support the review and approval process for Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) and permanent staff, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Actively support the team in continuous improvements within our process and workflow.
  • Ensure accurate staffing data and reporting that provide overview and actionable insights to the wider delivery team.

  • Proven ability to govern operational processes, ensuring strict compliance, experience with Jira and Airtable tools is a bonus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth talent transitions and stakeholder clarity.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity across operational platforms.
  • Proactive approach to supporting process optimization and continuous delivery improvements.
