Job summary

Currys is hiring for a First Line Manager in its Customer Service and Delivery Centre. You will lead and motivate delivery drivers, warehouse teams and support colleagues to hit targets while upholding service quality and safe working practices.

You’ll provide regular feedback, work cross-functionally with departments, and deputise for the Operations Manager as needed. This role rewards strong people leadership with career development opportunities and a focus on excellent customer service.
