We are looking for a results-driven Delivery Assurance Lead to ensure the successful execution of a complex, multi-workstream programme. You will act as a key driver of delivery performance, identifying risks, supporting planning maturity, and ensuring consistent progress against objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the assurance of delivery schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Conduct strategic risk planning and mitigation in collaboration with key stakeholder groups.
• Carry out plan health checks, identify issues, and support workstreams to elevate planning capability.
• Deliver metrics-driven insights to track delivery performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide support on the ground to resolve blockers and critical dependencies through focused interventions.
• Prepare high-level reports and materials for C-suite and programme leadership to support informed decision-making.
