Delivery Associate / Consultant

3pm finish on Fridays – 37.5 hours a week contract

Founded in 2011, we specialise in providing recruitment solutions to STEM businesses across the UK. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our recruitment team.

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Delivery Associate / Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working primarily within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, developing relations and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies.

Your role is to support the business by sourcing talent for a variety of positions for different clients across the UK. The primary responsibility will be sourcing the best talent for our clients.

Duties

• Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure delivery of a streamlined service

• Act as an ambassador through interaction with clients and candidates
• Provide an excellent customer/candidate relationship experience

• Flexible/Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
