Delivery Associate / Consultant

3pm finish on Fridays – 37.5 hours a week contract

Founded in 2011, we specialize in providing recruitment solutions to STEM businesses across the UK. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our recruitment team.

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Delivery Associate / Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working primarily within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, developing relations and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies.

Your role is to support the business by sourcing talent for a variety of positions for a range of different customers across the UK. The primary responsibility of your position will be sourcing the best talent for our clients.

Duties

• Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure delivery of a streamlined service

• Provide an excellent customer/candidate relationship experience
