Job summary

BNY Analyst Program – Delivery in Manchester invites ambitious graduates to rotate through high-impact projects that turn strategy into action. You'll map processes, manage value streams, and contribute to PI planning, capacity and dependency management, governance, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and business teams to connect priorities to OKRs, spot risks early, and keep delivery moving.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program; strong focus on business or technology.
• Graduating in Summer 2027.
• Minimum 2:1 or higher.
• No sponsorship required for employment visa status (in country).

Responsibilities

• Map delivery journeys by outlining processes and value streams.
• Support PI and delivery planning, connect work to OKRs, keep milestones visible.
• Summarize delivery information with AI-enabled tools and generate insights.
• Coordinate across teams to manage intake, priorities, dependencies.
• Create updates and health insights for leadership.
• Help shape playbooks and standards to improve delivery across BNY.
