Henderson Group in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland, is recruiting for a full-time Deli Team Member in our Delish Deli department. The role involves serving customers, preparing fresh foods, and maintaining high hygiene standards from 6am to 4pm, with 30–37.5 hours per week and some flexibility.

Full-time positions working 30 - 37.5 hours per week, working 6am - 4pm Monday to Sunday with some flexibility required.

Our Deli’s are a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. Our hard-working and friendly team make it all happen- from preparing delicious food, delivering first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. As Deli Team Member you will:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Provide a first-class service to all of our customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and deli remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• Don’t worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we’ll provide you with all the right training.
