Henderson Group operates the Delish Deli at Eurospar Annalong, seeking a Supervisor to lead the deli team across food preparation, service and hygiene standards. The role emphasizes strong customer experience, staff leadership and flexible hours within a 37.5-hour week.

The successful candidate will manage daily operations, uphold health and safety standards and drive consistent service quality while supporting career development within the Henderson Group family.

Delish Deli Supervisor - Eurospar Annalong, 35 Kilkeel Road, Annalong, Co Down, BT34 4TJ

£14.83 per hour & great benefits.

Full-time position available at 37.5 hours per week, working within the hours of Monday to Sunday 6am - 5pm with a degree of flexibility required.

Our Delish delis are a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. We’re looking for a special candidate who will work alongside the Delish Deli Team to lead our hard-working and friendly team, making it all happen - from preparing delicious food, first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You’ll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.

As Delish Deli Supervisor you will:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Provide a first class service to all of our customers.
• Delegate work duties to other members of the Delish Deli team to ensure all duties are covered and to maintain a high quality service at all times.
• Carry out food safety control checks in all areas to ensure all standards are being maintained and recorded.
• Ensure stock is displayed in the correct position to attract sales, the correct price is displayed and waste recording procedure is being followed.
• Prepare and cook all food in line with company procedure and Health and Safety regulations.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the Delish Deli Department (front and back) is maintained at all times.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• Previous experience in a similar role with a proven record of successfully managing teams in a food retail environment.
• Can demonstrate skills in coaching and team motivation.
• Have a track record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Can deliver an amazing experience to customers both personally and through the team.
• A team player and an operationally confident hands‑on leader.
