Job summary

Henderson Group is hiring a Delish Deli Team Member at EUROSPAR Moira Road, Lisburn. The role is part-time (16 hours/week) with shifts Monday to Friday 9:00am–3:00pm and Sunday 6:00am–4:00pm, with some flexibility. You’ll help run the deli, greet customers, and keep counters clean, while benefiting from training and a supportive team.

Pay ranges £12.10–£13.25 per hour, dependent on age and experience, with attractive benefits and opportunities to grow within a leading NI foodservice group.

Qualifications

• No prior retail or foodservice experience required.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise about our products and services.
• Provide a first class service to all customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, following food safety regulations.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure counters remain fresh and appetizing for customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

As Delish Deli Team Member you will:
