Job summary

Henderson Group's Delish Deli in Belfast is recruiting a Daily Deli Team Member to serve breakfast, lunch and coffee at Spar Belvoir. You will work 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Sunday, 6am – 5pm, with weekends required.

The role emphasises friendly customer service, food prep and hygiene, and teamwork at the deli counter; training is provided if you have no prior retail or foodservice experience, with pay £12.10–£13.45 per hour depending on age and benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior foodservice experience required; training provided.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work early mornings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customer needs and advise on products.
• Provide first-class service at the deli counter.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods following food safety rules.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy.
• Work with the team to keep SPAR Bakery and Daily deli fresh.
• Undertake other duties as required.
