Job summary

Henderson Group in Belfast is seeking a Delish Deli Team Member for Spar Belvoir, 60 Old Milltown Road, Belfast, BT8 7SW. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 6am-5pm, with weekends required. Salary ranges from £12.10 to £13.45 per hour depending on age and experience, plus great benefits.

You will support food prep, customer service and hygiene standards. Training will be provided, and you’ll work as part of a friendly team within our deli and bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or foodservice valued but not required.
• Able to learn quickly and follow training.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Provide a first class service to all of our customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and Daily deli remain fresh and appetising for our customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Working Hours

Positions instore:

37.5 hours per week working within the opening hours of the department Monday to Sunday, 6am - 5pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Weekend shifts will be required as part of this role.
