Henderson Group is hiring a Deli Team Member for its Ballymena stores in Northern Ireland. The role involves serving customers, preparing fresh deli items, and maintaining clean, hygienic preparation areas. It offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with shifts from early morning to early evening, including weekends.

You will work as part of a friendly team, receive on-the-job training, and have opportunities for progression within the Northern Ireland group who operate SPAR and Euro SPAR outlets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the deli counter with product advice and service.
• Prepare, wrap and present deli items while maintaining food safety standards.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure deli and bakery sections are fresh and inviting.
• Support with restocking and maintaining hygiene across the counter.
