Job summary

Henderson Group is hiring a Deli Team Member for EUROSPAR Rossdowney (Co. Londonderry). This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, with shift patterns 6:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Sunday, and some flexibility required.

You will help customers, prepare and serve fresh deli items, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards. Benefits include competitive pay (£11.90–£13.25 per hour depending on age) and a range of employee support and discount schemes.

Qualifications

• No prior retail or foodservice experience required; training provided.
• Looking for personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise on products.
• Provide first-class service at the deli counter.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods following food safety rules.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to keep counters fresh and appetising.
• Undertake other duties as required.
