Job summary

Henderson Group is recruiting a Daily Deli Team Member for SPAR Kilwaughter, 44 Belfast Road, Larne, County Antrim. The role is part-time, 25.5 hours per week, with shifts 6:00am–4:00pm across 7 days.

You will prepare and serve deli goods, deliver friendly customer service, and help maintain hygiene and prep areas to the highest standard. Starting pay ranges £11.90–£13.25 per hour depending on age, plus attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior retail or foodservice experience required; training provided.
• Personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude valued.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and provide great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customer needs and advise on products and services.
• Provide first-class service to all customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods in line with food safety regulations.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean, with kitchen duties as needed.
• Work with the team to keep SPAR Bakery and Daily Deli fresh and appetising.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.
