Job summary

Henderson Group operates EUROSPAR Dundonald’s Delish Deli, a convenient stop for breakfast, lunch and coffee. You will join a friendly team delivering great service and maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.

The role offers part-time hours (16 per week) with shifts across 6:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Sunday, and flexibility to cover peak times. We value energetic, customer‑focused team players and provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Provide a first-class service to all customers at the deli.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods following food safety rules.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy; assist as kitchen porter as needed.
• Work with the team to ensure SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli counters stay fresh and appealing.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Deli Team Member

Pay rates ranging from £12.10 - £13.45 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.
Part-time position available at 16 hours per week. Availability to cover shifts between the hours of 6:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Please note, weekday availability from 6:00am will be required for this role.

Our Delish deli's are a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. Our hard-working and friendly team make it all happen- from preparing delicious food, delivering first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You'll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.

As Delish Deli Team Member you will:

• Provide a first-class service to all of our customers.


• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.


• Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter duties.


• Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli - remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.


• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• Don't worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we'll provide you with all the right training.
