Job Purpose

Assist the Delegated Underwriting Analyst in overseeing outsourced adjusting service providers, including Coverholder and Delegated Claims Administrators (DCAs), daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and issue declaration documents for DCA Agreements and Coverholder claims wordings.
• Manage DCA meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and review.
• Support the DU Claims Analyst in reviewing DCA performance, including collating management reports and feedback.
• Set up new loss funding accounts and review post-bind reports.
• Assist with claims DA audits, including scheduling, scoping, and report review.
• Run regular DA pre/post bind reports and complete related processes.
• Contribute to delegated claims projects and initiatives.
• Maintain DCA records accurately.
• Support project planning, tracking, and resolution of blockers for delegated claims initiatives.
• Collaborate on claim bordereaux processes with relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s DA Claims Principles and update procedures accordingly.
• Complete ad-hoc claims projects for senior management.
