Job summary

The Emerald Group is seeking a Claims Operations Delegated Authority Analyst in London to support Company Claims Adjusters in managing global Delegated Claims Administrators (DCAs). You will help onboard and monitor DCAs, negotiate SLAs, and compile KPI data for claims oversight.

Experience in delegated claims and familiarity with Consumer Duty requirements are valued, with degree preference but not essential. This permanent role reports to the Claims Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree, or equivalent, preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of the evolving insurance industry with focus on delegated claims.
• Familiarity with Consumer Duty requirements preferred but not essential.
• Claims experience, with a preference for delegated claims practices.
• Experience onboarding DCAs and due diligence processes.
• Ability to gather KPI data and generate MI reports.

Reporting to the Claims Operations Manager, the Claims Operations Delegated Authority Analyst will work with the Company Claims Adjusters to provide support in the management of global Delegated Claims Administrators (DCA’s).

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

• Supporting the onboarding of new DCAs in accordance with Antares due diligence process
• To be responsible for the ongoing due diligence of existing DCAs
• Assist the Company Claims Adjusters with the negotiation of services, contracts, and service level agreements for new DCAs to be appointed by the Company
• Gathering KPI data and generating MI reports for claims monitoring purposes
• Degree, or equivalent, preferred but not essential
• Current knowledge of the evolving insurance industry with focus on delegated claims
• Familiarity with Consumer Duty requirements preferred but not essential
